Site projects vary from single parcel to large multi-block urban development projects to airports or institutional facilities that occupy a single contiguous area. Effective site strategies must be based on an understanding for maximizing the potentials inherent in the interface between a site and its locational, demographic, and market contexts, as well as its position relative to other identified urban and environmental systems.
